This makes me very happy. :-)

I'm currently working upstream to fix Wine to build as C23 and thus our 
newer toolchains and volunteer to still do the next two, three snapshots 
(RCs) of wine-devel. 

Do you want to take maintainership afterwards, in January, or right away 
and pre-approve these pending updates of mine?
