    games/anki: Mark as BROKEN on aarch64
    
    * Now that devel/bazel can be built on aarch64, some of Anki's Bazel
      rule files still need to be adjusted accordingly.  This needs some
      time and testing thus mark it as BROKEN on aarch64 for now.
