The branch main has been updated by jwb: URL: https://cgit.FreeBSD.org/ports/commit/?id=7d736c93c291344f63e15e5d5b49c9b299ffb71f commit 7d736c93c291344f63e15e5d5b49c9b299ffb71f Author: Jason W. Bacon <jwb@FreeBSD.org> AuthorDate: 2022-06-11 14:30:34 +0000 Commit: Jason W. Bacon <jwb@FreeBSD.org> CommitDate: 2022-06-11 14:30:34 +0000 math/basic-stats: Command-line tool for statistics on tabular data Basic-stats is a command-line tool to perform basic statistics on a tabular data stream. It supports performing multiple functions such as mean, median, etc. on independent rows and/or columns during a single pass on independent rows and/or columns. Memory use is trivial except for functions that require loading the sample/population for sorting, such as median. --- math/Makefile | 1 + math/basic-stats/Makefile | 22 ++++++++++ math/basic-stats/distinfo | 3 ++ math/basic-stats/pkg-descr | 8 ++++ math/basic-stats/pkg-plist | 104 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 5 files changed, 138 insertions(+) diff --git a/math/Makefile b/math/Makefile index be23c4d1417a..b1eeaa0ee49d 100644 --- a/math/Makefile +++ b/math/Makefile @@ -179,6 +179,7 @@ SUBDIR += asymptote SUBDIR += atlas SUBDIR += barvinok + SUBDIR += basic-stats SUBDIR += bcal SUBDIR += bcps SUBDIR += bitwise diff --git a/math/basic-stats/Makefile b/math/basic-stats/Makefile new file mode 100644 index 000000000000..587f98c12f84 --- /dev/null +++ b/math/basic-stats/Makefile @@ -0,0 +1,22 @@ +PORTNAME= basic-stats +DISTVERSION= 0.1.1 +CATEGORIES= math + +MAINTAINER= jwb@FreeBSD.org +COMMENT= Command-line tool to perform basic statistics on tabular data + +LICENSE= BSD2CLAUSE +LICENSE_FILE= ${WRKSRC}/LICENSE + +LIB_DEPENDS= libxtend.so:devel/libxtend + +USE_GITHUB= yes +GH_ACCOUNT= auerlab + +pre-build: + cd ${WRKSRC} && ${MAKE} LOCALBASE=${LOCALBASE} depend + +post-stage: + ${STRIP_CMD} ${STAGEDIR}${PREFIX}/bin/basic-stats + +.include <bsd.port.mk> diff --git a/math/basic-stats/distinfo b/math/basic-stats/distinfo new file mode 100644 index 000000000000..f6cc67636ad7 --- /dev/null +++ b/math/basic-stats/distinfo @@ -0,0 +1,3 @@ +TIMESTAMP = 1654952807 +SHA256 (auerlab-basic-stats-0.1.1_GH0.tar.gz) = e26ebf5787718ac491f448cf8048dd6ae9358a0633e568e10b268a79a00dd176 +SIZE (auerlab-basic-stats-0.1.1_GH0.tar.gz) = 29595 diff --git a/math/basic-stats/pkg-descr b/math/basic-stats/pkg-descr new file mode 100644 index 000000000000..265273353ce7 --- /dev/null +++ b/math/basic-stats/pkg-descr @@ -0,0 +1,8 @@ +Basic-stats is a command-line tool to perform basic statistics on a +tabular data stream.
