    documentation: Remove asciidoctor-pdf from default requirements
    
    With the current requirements, if textproc/docproj is built with PDF
    option disabled, you can't build the documentation.
    
    This fixes that, and now asciidoctor-pdf will be checked only when
    building PDF.
