Allowing Markdown in Bugzilla for FreeBSD would be a great enhancement, however I don't foresee it happening in the near future. Markdown can be commonplace in e.g. *pull requests (PRs) and issues in GitHub*. These uses of GitHub are acceptable/preferred in some FreeBSD contexts.
