-1 on the default being the installed package location.
On the contrary, the vast majority of packages should be tested in their build
dir, and not require installation (stagedir, or system), and we actively modify
ports that do/require this by default.
+0 On the default being the WRKSRC, which is the usual location where builds
are generated, but would prefer no default being set at all in python.mk
