I have tried to debug the problem a bit. I can see that it has updated
the checks last 2023-06-15 1514 GMT but I also did not get any mails.

We need to check if it's a portscout problem or there is something wrong
with mail relay.

dbaio@ can you confirm whether if you also have updated this jail as
part of the cluster refresh? If so can you confirm the timestamp? So
that we can pin point the mails not delivered issue more precisely.
