libretls uses an old API to get the path to the system trust store.  This API
incorrectly returns "/etc/ssl/cert.pem".  I'm not sure if libretls can easily
be made to use a hashed directory instead of a bundle, so for now, rather than
rushing to fix libretls, I propose partly restoring the ETC_SYMLINK option:
