It would be nice to keep USES alphabetically sorted.

And, more importantly, for the sake of reproducible builds
--without-gstreamer should not be simply removed, rather replaced
by --with-gstreamer. That is, we should be explicit about all options.

(Admittedly in this case USES=...gstreamer... will in principle ensure
everything is in place; still a good practice - which may catch an issue
later on.)
