Related Oxidized log lines

After upgrade to Ruby 3.1 oxidized fails to connect to devices with
Diffie-Hellman Group 1 key exchange algorithm and throws the exception:

W, [2023-06-24T15:16:24.325742 #25308]  WARN -- : 172.17.1.14 raised
Net::SSH::Exception (rescued RuntimeError) with msg "padding error, need
2274021624 block 16"

Seems related to https://github.com/net-ssh/net-sftp/issues/128
