I've loaded your latest patch and it's working fine. However, if I understand
your latest change, it only affects message type PFSYNC_ACT_UPD_1400. Since my
configuration is between a 14.0 system (with the version set to 1301) and a
13.2 system, that change won't be tested in my environment. I can (and will)
upgrade the 13.2 system to 14.0 at some point, but was holding off until we are
confident the cross-version fix is complete.
