Hello!

Kindly apologise for delay with reply. Thank you Eric for your answer
and suggestions. Indeed it looks like it was a hardware issue. I've replaced
NIC with Mellanox MT28800 Family, it works fine. Unfortunately I don't
have the same Intel adapter to confirm hardware or firmware issue.
