Than some one do: umount -f /mnt/... then it unmounted, no matter what some app
keep some fd open.
Or then user removes usb flash drive and insert another - OS does not stick
with: "fd is open, come back later".

I do not care pulse or any other apps, my issue that USB stack is unusable
after usb sound adapter disconnected without all apps closes fd.
