security/strongswan: Avoid a memory leak

As stated in https://docs.strongswan.org/docs/5.9/os/freebsd.html:

> While FreeBSD's C library implements the GNU extensions for custom
> printf() conversion specifiers, the implementation seems to leak memory,
> so using --with-printf-hooks=builtin is recommended.
