^Triage: Closing duplicate of bug 176991

- Original report for now unsupported 10.1-RELEASE PC-BSD release.

- Log appears to indicate notifications after positive ntpd time skew/resets,
approximately intended behaviour: reporting consequences of clock skew, unlike
bug 232914 which reports overflow.
