hp Z2 mini Xeon 6core. X system monitor shows 1 of 12 CPUs at 60-100%. Didn't
do this a week or two ago. Previous 13.1-BETA3 and 13.1-RC1. Possibly caused by
kde-plasma5 install?? Today is the first time I have heard the CPU fan run up
when all core average appeared >60%. Maybe worse since I enabled KDE highDPI.
Will disable.
