Ever since 100.0 I've been unable to launch an additional firefox window 
by running "firefox" from the command line or via a window manager. When 
I try there's a short delay and then I get a popup (see attached).

As an experiment, I exited firefox, renamed .mozilla to something else 
and launched firefox; it created a .mozilla and firefox profile but the 
"... is not responding" error persists if I try to create a new window 
by means other than ^N in an existing window (or using the "file -> new 
window" menu pulldown).

Is this a 100.0 regression?
