Do you plan MFH to 2022Q1 to further stabilize Plasma 5.23 on /quarterly?

/latest will probably switch to Plasma 5.24 (potential LTS) sometime in
February. And 2022Q2 in ports/ will be cut around 2022-04-01, roughly at
the time of (planned) Plasma 5.24.4.
